3.1 Hydraulic Headbox & Forming Section
• Hydraulic Headbox: Full SS316L construction with mirror inner finish (Ra < 0.2μm). Multi-tube step diffusor matrix generates uniform micro-turbulence. Profile micro-lip ensures CD basis weight deviation within ±1.0%.
• Crescent Forming Unit: Ф1000mm cellular forming roll with high-rigidity cantilever design for seamless felt and wire exchanges within 45 minutes.
3.2 Yankee Dryer & High-Velocity Air Hood
• Steel Yankee Cylinder (Ф3000mm x 3200mm face): High thermal conductivity forged alloy steel, 30% faster heat transfer than cast iron, certified 8.0 Bar steam working pressure.
• High-Velocity Heated Air Hood: Dual air impingement nozzles (nozzle velocity 90-110 m/s, air temp 280°C–350°C via natural gas / biomass hot air generator or steam battery).
• Creping Doctor System: Rigid pneumatic oscillation doctor beam with ceramic creping blades and cleaning doctors.
